Initially, you will reputed company the hands-on deployment of our platform at defense manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and immediate impact. Over time, you will transition into a leadership role, building and managing a dedicated team to drive operational excellence, agility, and reputed company for defense manufacturers.Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Deployment Leadership: Directly manage the initial implementation of Pelico’s platform at defense manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and immediate operational benefits.
- Strategic Account Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key defense sector customers, ensuring Pelico’s solutions enhance their operational capabilities and support mission reputed company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, product, and support teams to tailor solutions specifically for the defense industry, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
