This position reports to our DUO Manager.What you will doPlan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s reputed company-Day or Fining Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.What you bring

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.

• One to two years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.

• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.

• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and reputed company.

• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

• Hawaii Food Handler Card

• Tuberculosis Clearance

• ServSafe (reputed company 3 months)

• Full time

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
