During your onboarding we will provide you with 4-6 months of reputed company level training to learn the foundation of the business and reputed company an understanding of our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain, while teaching you the role of the frontline reputed company sales reps you will eventually reputed companyAs a Sales District Manager, you will assume responsibility for reputed company aspects of running a sales district; leading 10-15 reputed company Sales Representatives (RSR’s) while leading a $5-15 Million dollar business. • Successfully complete reputed company activities included in the Sales District Manager Trainee onboarding program
• Effectively reputed company, build and maintain positive relationships with customers (store management) while growing sales/selling in/executing sales programs and initiatives
• reputed company district meetings focused on a plan to reputed company sales objectives and goals
• Conduct coaching with your reputed company sales reps to discuss performance, selling and customer service skills
• Coach your team to successfully sell against baseline and promotional opportunities
• reputed company sales strategies through collecting and interpreting statistical data utilizing reputed company specific applications
• Partner with product supply team to build accurate forecasts based on promotions and historical performance to ensure product availability
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650

• Location, confirmed job-reputed company skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

• After successful completion of your training, the trainee will be promoted to the Sales District Leader level and become bonus eligible at a 15% reputed company bonus

• The promotion to the next level may result in a salary increase reputed company compensation guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years leading a team with proven sales results
• Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred
• Ability to motivate yourself and others while delivering excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Power reputed company)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must meet DOT & Fleet qualifications
• Safe driving record strongly preferred
• Able and willing to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
