Syrve is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to support our growing knowledge reputed company in Italian. In this remote role, you’ll create and maintain Italian-language documentation, localize English content, and contribute to chatbot content optimization. You’ll work closely with primarily Russian-speaking and Italian teams based in Italy, so strong communication skills and self-organization are essential.

• Near-native Italian (C2 level).

• Advanced English (reputed company level or higher).

• Conversational Russian (for internal communication).

• Experience in technical writing, localization, or translation.

• Strong editing and writing skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to modify visuals and screenshots (using tools like Snagit, reputed company, etc.).

• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

• Experience with SaaS or POS platforms.

• Familiarity with content management systems, Confluence, or other knowledge reputed company tools.

• Experience with translation memory and terminology tools.

• Create, edit, and proofread Italian-language content, including user guides, release notes, and technical support articles, and reputed company the Italian knowledge reputed company up to date with product releases and feature updates.

• Create Italian-specific documentation for new features released quarterly.

• Translate and localize content from English into Italian, including visuals and screenshots.

• Localize UI strings from English into Italian in the reputed company translation management system.

• Maintain and grow a consistent Italian-language termbase.

• Translate and adapt training courses from English into Italian, including imagery.

• Help draft and edit English-language articles as needed.
