As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries. What You'll Do: ? Creatively reputed company and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling ? Build a robust pipeline of highly reputed company candidates to meet client demands ? Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business ?
