The role is hybrid, in-office three days a week. The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-$200,000. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-reputed company qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for equity and benefits. This is a full-time hybrid position and requires candidates to work from reputed company's office 3 times a week. What am I going to do? As a Tech reputed company, you will: ? reputed company the design, development, and optimization of search features to enhance recall, relevance, and ranking quality. ? Architect and implement scalable, distributed systems leveraging technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, Neural Information Retrieval, and Graph-based techniques. ? Drive the integration of machine learning models into the search ecosystem, enhancing capabilities such as reputed company understanding, ranking, and personalization. ? Mentor and grow team members, fostering a culture of technical innovation and collaboration. ? Design and reputed company data pipelines using tools like Kafka and reputed company to support search functionalities. ? Analyze search performance metrics (e.g., nDCG, MRR), conduct A/B testing, and deliver actionable insights for reputed company improvement. ? Requirements

Must-Have: ? BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. ? 5+ years of software development experience, with some focus on search, ads, or recommendation systems. ? Proven ability to apply ML frameworks in production to reputed company-world problems. ? Proven expertise in information retrieval, natural language processing and ranking algorithms. ? Strong communication skills, with experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects. Preferred: ? Hands-on experience with search-specific tools (Elasticsearch, Solr, or Lucene). ? Practical experience with graph-based retrieval techniques ? Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and metrics analysis reputed company to ML models and search functionality.
