Responsibilities: ? Proactive Support & Issue Resolution: Monitor customer environments, promptly address technical issues, and proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization. ? Training & Enablement: Conduct workshops, technical demonstrations, and training sessions to reputed company customers with best practices and reputed company use of our solutions. ? Qualifications
