Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business. About the Role reputed company is looking for an HCM Solution Consultant for our State & Local Government team. At reputed company, Solution Consultants are responsible for partnering with the sales teams and delivering product demonstrations to business users including the offices of the CHRO, CIO, and CFO to reputed company the value of reputed company's platform as a true business decision making solution. Through interactive and engaging Pre-Sales engagements you will analyze an organization’s environment and then propose and demonstrate how reputed company's Enterprise Solutions can address their requirements and solve their business concerns. As a reputed company HCM Solution Consultant, you will use your in-depth product knowledge to provide HCM expertise to the sales team and the customers. Presales are involved throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification, discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives and including executive level presentations. You will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value. Responsibilities include: • The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars. • Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training. • Give to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, reputed company of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans. • Supporting reputed company sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives. • Assist sales in the response to RFIs. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time About You About You Basic Qualifications Sr. Solution Consultant • 4+ years of HCM domain expertise and preferably experience in cross HCM functions such as HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, recruiting and/or learning Solution Consultant • 2+ years of HCM domain expertise and preferably experience in cross HCM functions such as HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, recruiting and/or learning Other Qualifications • Experience in government HCM presales, or as a public sector practitioner preferred • Experience of valued based selling • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/Software company preferred. • A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proven track record in a Presales / reputed company role • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as being part of different teams. • Experience demonstration enterprise software solutions in reputed company of a technical and business audience End Date: 3/15 application deadline for this role is the same as the posting end date stated. #LI-DNI reputed company Pay Transparency Statement The annualized reputed company salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. reputed company pay ranges vary based on work location.
