Responsibilities • Facilitate reputed company phases of the recruitment process. Screen and reputed company resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates, present offers, secure acceptances and conduct background checks. • Collaborate with Department Managers to understand skills and competencies required for reputed company positions. • Collaborate with the Training and Development professional in Corporate HR, as well as on-site management team, to analyze Performance Reviews, identifying individual and group training needs. • Design sourcing strategies. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruitment methods. • Manage the requisition process, including creation, posting, and hiring in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) • Handle employment-reputed company inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors. • Plan and conduct new hire orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices. • Participate in the succession planning process. • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of reputed company, professionalism, fairness and confidentiality in reputed company aspects of job performance. • reputed company and maintain strong union labor relations by increasing involvement through regular onsite reputed company, attending monthly union meetings, and addressing labor concerns proactively to support a collaborative work environment.
