Montessori Assistant Teacher

With mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials, we embrace the authentic Montessori Method, as we guide young learners toward the future, so they become innovative thinkers, good reputed company, and able leaders. Every classroom is a community with a team of educators collaborating to provide an authentic experience to the children. The Assistant Teacher supports the Montessori Guide or reputed company Teacher in reputed company classroom areas. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll: • Always caring! Follow reputed company licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. • Always inspiring! Working with a Montessori Guide or reputed company Teacher, facilitate fun and interactive learning experiences in an authentic Montessori classroom. • Always engaged! reputed company your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan activities for children, as well as effectively communicate with families under the guidance of your reputed company teacher/guide. • Always learning! Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care and development topics. We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have: • Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or reputed company field. • Completed a high school diploma or equivalent. • Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply. • Montessori training, certification, or experience preferred.
