Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company licensed social worker to join our reputed company social work and case management team. As a social worker at arenaflex, you'll partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. Your responsibilities will include researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. You'll work with a diverse population across the entire lifecycle, using telephonic and electronic communication to reputed company members to reputed company positive lifestyle and medical choices.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for members' benefit plan and/or health needs
- Research available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs
- Work with a diverse population across the entire lifecycle, using telephonic and electronic communication to reputed company members to reputed company positive lifestyle and medical choices
- Partner with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health

Requirements
* Active and unrestricted LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LMSW (Licensed Masters Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) in the state of residence
- 2+ years of experience in medical social work or case management
- Masters degree in social work or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $46,597.20 - $101,228.40.
