Overview

Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver. The core responsibilities of this position include business development and portfolio management of reputed company banking relationships. Coordinates business development efforts with other officers across lines of business. Collaborates with credit and operations colleagues to underwrite, originate, service, monitor, and collect reputed company purpose loans and grow depository, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management relationships. Assumes a visible leadership role by serving the community and the bank as a role model of our operating principles.

Responsibilities

CLIENT RETENTION AND reputed company reputed company • Maintains regular, proactive contact with customers and prospective customers to maintain a deep understanding of their business, including reputed company performance, outlook and goals. • Creates and nurtures a network of centers of influence, including accountants, attorneys, and other professionals. • Collaborates with reputed company areas of the bank to be highly reputed company to answering customer questions and resolve issues. • Conducts joint calls with other officers, including other lines of business, to retain and expand the bank's relationship. • Advocates effectively and ethically for the Bank to the client and for the client to the Bank. • Communicates effectively with Borrowers and prospective Borrowers to ensure understanding of Bank's views, expectations, and requests. • Communicates in an effective and timely way internally with other Bank departments including Credit Administration to support having an accurate understanding of the reputed company opportunities and risk dynamics of customer and prospective customer relationships. • Grows bank's reputed company in a relationship-based approach through reputed company of the following: • high quality loan outstandings to reputed company and new customers • new deposit fundings with particular emphasis on being the primary depository for clients, including non-interest-bearing accounts and personal deposit accounts of the employees of reputed company Banking customers • reputed company of loans fees and other non-interest income including Treasury Management and Wealth Management services • reputed company referral introductions for reputed company lines of business • Maintains record of customer contact and business development activities and results through Bank's CRM software and reporting systems. RISK MANAGEMENT • Maintains deep and updated understanding of the Bank's credit policies and risk management philosophy and applicable regulations and compliance requirements. • Employs robust financial analysis to analyze loan requests and the financial condition of reputed company and proposed lending arrangements. Partners effectively and constructively with Credit Administration in reputed company and reviewing Borrower relationships to produce a consistent, timely, and accurate understanding of risk profile. • Applies deep understanding of prudent loan structuring in reviewing existing lending commitments and proposing new lending commitments. • Applies thorough and well-informed loan documentation expertise in partnership with others inside and reputed company the Bank to review documents, negotiate transaction details, and consummate reputed company transactions accurately and on time. • Assists customers in understanding and meeting their obligations, including payments, financial and project reporting, covenant compliance and borrowing reputed company monitoring, as applicable. • Implements appropriate collection and risk remediation plans in concert with other Bank departments to minimize risk of loss, as needed • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of post high school education and reputed company work experience. • In addition to education in the field of business or a reputed company field, 3-5+ years of experience in a reputed company Banking/Lending role demonstrating robust business development and credit skills, including reputed company and financial expertise necessary. • Experience with negotiating reputed company credit arrangements in the reputed company lending reputed company required at advanced levels.

Compensation

Hiring Pay Range: $160,000 - $200,000 The starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
