Responsible for collaborating with partners to promote maximum employee education and enrollment, a customer-centric onsite experience, and reputed company overall customer satisfaction. This role coordinates the development, planning, management, reporting, and execution of the onsite events. Provides administrative and customer service to reputed company large group insurance clients. Works with account team to manage customer relationships and satisfaction.
