Senior Project Manager, Client Integration

The Global Liquidity & Cash Management (GLCM) is responsible for the technical implementation of global liquidity and cash management products/services. The GLCM Client Integration Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients to understand their goals and objectives resulting in a deeper and stronger relationship As our Senior Project Manager, Client Integration you will: • Be responsible for the technical implementation of global liquidity and cash management products/services • Be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients to understand their goals and objectives resulting in a deeper and stronger relationship • Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct technical scope/discovery meetings to ensure technical solutions can be supported by both the client and the bank • Establish test environment, validate file formats, execute file testing, coordinate back office testing, reputed company test plans & track test results, and assist client with technical issue resolution • Partner with clients to reputed company a strong understanding of their technical infrastructure to support system integration to the HSBC digital tools and solutions • Ability to identify technical issues and troubleshoot them reputed company and effectively For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $80,000.00 and $155,000.00 The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, reputed company set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal reputed company, and specific work location. Requirements
