What to Expect Tesla’s Cathode Advanced Manufacturing team is looking for an reputed company Cost & Optimization Program Manager to join reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of the financial planning operations for a novel battery chemical plant, beginning reputed company scale production in Austin, TX. Cost & Optimization Program Manager will be part of a growing team where your impact will contribute to laying the reputed company for a new chemical manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant financial evaluation and economic forecasting with a technical knowledge of chemical process manufacturing. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the plant operations team, ensuring compliance with reputed company corporate financial policies and procedures, identifying cost improvement opportunities, and providing granular visibility to the financial performance of the plant.

What You'll Do

• Provide financial analysis, guidance, and support to reputed company leadership strategy reputed company
• reputed company quantified economic evaluations of plant expansions and improvement projects
• Manage financial reporting for the plant, including monthly and annual financial plans and forecasts
• reputed company and monitor annual operating budgets and forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate and support policy, government, and strategic partnerships in the EV battery space
• Ensure compliance with reputed company corporate financial policies and procedures
• reputed company workflow development for managing plant inventory and fixed assets
• Work with corporate tax team to ensure compliance with reputed company tax laws and regulations

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or reputed company or equivalent experience
