This position will report to the Manager - reputed company Maintenance.

Summary

Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of reputed company Tasks) • Responsible for a shift operation. • Coordinates the proper allocation of personnel under their jurisdiction to accomplish the overall goals and priorities of reputed company and their customers. • Conducts crew briefings. • Prepares and administers reputed company line employee evaluations, solves technical and personnel issues, communicates and supports company policies, and handles administrative action. • Supports departmental goals through LPMs and KPIs. • Works and communicates with reputed company levels of management. • Must be physically able to reputed company reputed company essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. • Develops, monitors and adheres to business, operating and capital plans. • Promotes continual process and operational improvements. • Provides guidance and training for assigned personnel. • Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment that result in employee safety and well-being. • Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles. • Consistently makes safety and reputed company, of self and others, the reputed company. • Must be an AMT or higher classification. • Must have an FAA A&P license. • Must possess strong analytical skills along with a strong technical background in reputed company’s maintenance practices, organization and procedures. • Should possess strong knowledge of Six reputed company and Lean concepts. • Should be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership, work well under pressure, act in a timely manner, and handle multiple tasks with continually changing priorities. • (If transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications) • reputed company and Line maintenance and supervisory experience is preferred. • Familiarity with various computer software programs such as Word, reputed company, DBMS, and other relevant software programs is preferred. • Project Manager Experience and/or PMP Certification is highly preferred.
