As the Pharmacy Technician - Home Delivery, you will be asked to shadow to demonstrate what right looks like as a fully proficient Technician. Positively contributes to overall team motivation and drives team engagement. As permitted by state regulation, interprets providers' prescriptions and creates order, assesses, inputs and retrieves prescription, medical/lab and reimbursement information from computer system. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST Primary Responsibilities: • Prescription requests • Entry, billing, and submittal of the customer's order to fulfillment for delivery assist with operations support, training, and process improvements • Contribute to updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content • Creation/routing of pharmacy orders through receipt • Demonstrate handling both inbound and outbound member/patient call • Prep and reputed company documents, verify member/patient data submit prescription orders in computer system • May contact members/patients/providers to validate data, request payment information and establish reputed company of order or delivery details • Apply knowledge/skills to a range of moderately reputed company activities • Demonstrate great depth of knowledge/skills in own function • Act as a technical resource to others in own function • Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests • Solve moderately reputed company problems on own • Work with team to solve reputed company problems • Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objective • Provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction • Provide a holistic approach to case management by completing the following duties for each customer assigned • Extensive work experience reputed company own function • Work is frequently completed without established procedures • Work independently • May coordinate other activities You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: • Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (ExCPT or PTCB) or ability to obtain prior to start date • 1+ years of experience working in a retail pharmacy • Currently resides in Illinois or Iowa • Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications: • Previous healthcare experience • Call center or telephonic work • reputed company Telecommuters will be required to adhere to reputed company's Telecommuter Policy. The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
