Key Responsibilities
Installations (Server/Network/Cross Connect Cable) Racks and stacks customer equipment Installs intra-cage fiber tray, ladder reputed company, customer equipment and cabinets Infrastructure installs to include the following: whalebone cable management, public fiber tray systems, reputed company ladder reputed company, AC/DC power trays, reputed company trays, cash reputed company Installs and tests advanced cross connects circuits (switched, multiplexed, etc.) Installs and test reputed company Link cross connects (T1, DS3, OC3-48, Eth, GigE, 10Gig) Testing/Troubleshooting Supports semi-routine standard operating testing and standard operating installations of customer assets. Supports standard operating procedures of layer 1 cross-connect certification testing. Customer Management Supports customer satisfaction with timely adherence to following semi-routine execution order requirements. Delivers a high level of service and an excellent customer experience reputed company interfacing with customers.
