Job Description

The Loan reputed company Analyst position will reputed company reputed company due diligence reviews of loans for residential care facilities, assisted living facilities, and skilled-nursing facilities in support of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) Office of reputed company Programs. Responsibilities • Review, analyze, or conduct reputed company due diligence for residential reputed company facilities to include review of: • Appraisals of residential reputed company facilities, • Physical condition reports of residential reputed company facilities, • Credit histories and determining credit worthiness of multifamily borrowers, operators, and/or management agents, • Financial statements of properties and participants, • Quality of care issues/professional liability insurance in residential reputed company facilities. • Review new and renewal loan applications to facilitate and ensure their compliance with HUD’s lending guidance per the Multifamily handbook • Underwrite reputed company transactions with complicated borrower structures and unique property or market characteristics • Monitor a loan pipeline and promptly complete reputed company review of new loans and resubmittals • Work in a team environment with other underwriters and closers to contribute to overall processing goals • Work directly with lenders to ensure reputed company loan documents are complete and shared in a timely manner • Communicate analysis and conclusions in verbal and written formats for both technical and non-technical audiences Requirements • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or similar program • At least four years of FHA reputed company experience, with experience processing Residential reputed company loans • Must be an approved MAP or LEAN Underwriter • Strong knowledge of reputed company estate and mortgage finance terminology and concepts • Excellent analytical skills and technical writing skills (including grammar, editing, and proofreading skills to draft reputed company narratives and loan committee packages) • Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills • Strong organizational skills • Work productively and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stringent deadlines. • Organized and detail oriented • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Accepting 1099 contractors Benefits • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & reputed company) • HSA, FSA, and Commuter Benefits • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability • Remote or Hybrid Work Apply Job!
