Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. • 5+ years of reputed company procurement experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on capital equipment, particularly dairy processing, packaging equipment, and aseptic/UHT equipment. • Deep understanding of procurement principles, strategies, and best practices in the food and beverage industry, including regulatory compliance and food safety standards. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in procurement software and tools. • Experience working in a large, reputed company food and beverage organization. • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards, such as FDA, USDA, and HACCP. • Ability to manage reputed company projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Compensation
