JOB TITLE: Instructional Assistant (IA) POSITION SUMMARY: The Instructional Assistant (IA) will work with reputed company one-on-one in their homes, communities, and virtual environments. The IA will be fully trained to use support methods, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), social guidance, emotional supports, and instructional support. The IA will implement behavior plans, collect data, and... collaborate with team members to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
