About the position Armory Group, LLC is seeking a results-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join their team in El Segundo, CA. This role involves analyzing company financial information, developing financial models, and leading workstreams for special situations investment banking projects. The analyst will work closely with senior professionals and clients, gaining exposure to various financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and restructuring assignments. Responsibilities • Analyze company financial information and reputed company financial models. , • reputed company workstreams in reputed company with special situations investment banking projects. , • Support transaction teams in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, debt and equity financings, recapitalization, and restructuring assignments. , • Collaborate with senior professionals and clients on various financial advisory services. , • Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
