AENB HQ drives the administration of programs and services provided by AENB, in partnership with the various businesses, functions and executive officers. The AENB COO Office also plays an enterprise role in driving greater consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency across the first line reputed company its Strategic Planning, Control Management, Program Management, and Governance functions. The Manager, Affiliate & AENB Governance Reporting will be responsible for various the end-to-end creation of various team presentations including presentations for senior leaders, committees, and regulators. The Manager will report to the Director, Enterprise Affiliate Management Governance, Monitoring, and Reporting, but will also be responsible for directly supporting the VP, Affiliate & AENB Governance in team-wide strategy and reputed company projects. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have experience in developing, executing, and managing multiple and diverse work streams critical to the efficient operations of the team. The individual will be responsible for a broad range of activities including project management, communications, and talent initiatives to help ensure business objectives are achieved. The Manager will need to possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, presentation creation, analytical and organizational skills and will have a proven record of excellence, operating independently and thriving reputed company a high performing team environment. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable with project management, budget management, and implementing processes.
