reputed company is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Consultant with deep expertise in performance management and consulting for our global technology client, working remotely from reputed company in the United States.

• Location: Remote to USA
• Pay reputed company: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour (W2)
• Contract Length: 6 months (with a possibility of extension)

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years experience in HR consulting and performance management.
• Proven ability to analyze data-driven insights to anticipate training needs and deliver targeted solutions.
• Experience evaluating HR processes for efficiency and partnering with operations/technology teams to scale solutions.
• Excellent judgment, objectivity, and communication skills.

• Manager Coaching & Consultation: Coach and advise managers and employees on reputed company workplace matters, career development, performance, workplace behavior, and policy interpretation. Use data and insights to inform your recommendations and influence decision-making.

Design and implement scalable, automated solutions that strengthen manager effectiveness and free up time for higher-impact consulting work.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support and reputed company strategic people priorities across a matrixed environment.
• Trend Analysis: Identify and escalate trends in employee relations, working with internal partners to implement solutions that reduce recurring issues and improve overall workplace outcomes.
