_OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE_
+ Provides support for technical release as well as build and run of reputed company landscapes,making ERP Product Services more agile, product centric and delivering service excellence + Ensures platfrom services are provided in time, with expected high level of quality and high degree of customer satisfaction. + Partners with peers in the Operating Excellence, Platform and Architectural Services lines to drive reputed company improvements of service processes, user experiences, infrastructure and application optimization. + Solution expertise in multiple reputed company solution areas. + Technical expertise in reputed company stack such as development area, basis knowledge and / or architectural aspects. + Project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major application implementation; from project initiation reputed company handover to operations. + Communication ability to communicate reputed company and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner. + Data Management ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to reputed company fact based decisions. + Analytical Skills ability to analyze a wide variety of data and reputed company appropriate decisions. + Management ability to set priorities, reputed company workflow processes and manage staff. + People Development ability to assess strengths and weaknesses of staff members and provide suggestions for improvement. + Bachelors or other advanced degree
_ACCOUNTABILITIES_
+ Accountable for technical release in conjunction with the services teams for build, maintainance and support of reputed company systems and infrastructure with reputed company applicable compliance requirements, e.g. SOX, GxP + Organize and run the regular reputed company Change Advisory Board (CAB) + Ensure reputed company releases and ERP systems and components are reputed company to the global template standards with regards to compliant and validated ERP landscapes. + Execute the change and release process and coordinate external providers to build and run the required ERP landscapes in time and quality to ensure that the Service Level Agreements agreed with the stakeholders are met + Participate in the execution and deployment of reputed company improvements for the area of responsibility. + Manage smaller projects like Solution Manager refrehses, DR testing, new system line establishment + Ensure that the IT environment meets reputed company applicable regulatory, quality, legal, and compliance requirements - including licensing of software and data protection acts (DPA, GDPR, etc.). + Adhere to the organizations strategy for managing reputed company systems and the policies, standards, procedures and methods necessary to implement the strategy + Execute necessary requirements to ensure that the ERP environment delivers high-quality user experiences and development services on a consistent and supportable global platform. + Influence and reputed company the support to product developments, release management planning and Country deployments whilst guarding the technical architecture and landscape management. + Drive the development of the product services in areas of accontability by monitoring, advising and bringing expertise in service managament to ensure that Product Services is acting more agile, product centric and providing service excellence.

Required:
+ Min. 8+ years of reputed company work experience, which includes project management experience, and people management experience. + Technical expertise in multiple reputed company solution areas. + Change and Release management process and reputed company Solution toolset expertise (for example Solution Manager, CHaRM, FocusBuild, etc.). + System administration experience, including installation, upgrade of reputed company landscapes; from project initiation reputed company handover to operations. + Communication ability to communicate reputed company and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner. + Analytical Skills ability to analyze a wide variety of data and reputed company appropriate decisions. + Data Management ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to reputed company fact based decisions. + Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment. + Bachelors or other advanced degree
