Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States This position provides services to the Construction Department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Responsible for processing reputed company invoices in reputed company. • Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed. • Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval. • Electronic and reputed company filing of invoices processed as needed. • Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office.
