At times may reputed company morning huddles and shift end huddles Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS CALL CENTER LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
