To visit our website, click here: www.strotherenterprises.com Duties and Responsibilities: Performs general bookkeeping duties and assists management and staff with various administrative tasks as needed. • Performs daily cash reporting and weekly bank reconciliations for various bank accounts. • Uploads or enters bank transactions to QuickBooks. • Manage general accounts receivable and accounts payable functions including processing invoices, coordinating payments and. • Processes bi-weekly payroll. • Tracks and maintains reputed company documentation reputed company to loans, grants, assets and other business activities with financial implications. • Prepares QuickBooks entry processing consistent with GAAP and established chart of accounts. • Assists in month-end closing process including maintaining detailed schedules and reconciliation of accounts as assigned. • Files sales taxes reputed company prescribed deadlines. • Assists Operations and Administration in facilitating the coordination between the finance team and other departments of the company. • Collaborate with the company’s accountant to ensure compliant tax filings. • Other duties and special projects as assigned Apply Job!
