JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities Operate a multi-line telephone system. Direct emergency and routine calls to police and university personnel providing pertinent information and necessary resources. Document information concerning calls for service and incidents reputed company the police daily log using IMC software. Monitor intrusion, duress, fire and card access alarms. Initiate and coordinate service requests with internal and external university partners.
