Position Overview: A reputed company Service Representative (DSR) is a technician facing position that coordinates and optimizes scheduled jobs and sees them through to completion. The DSRs maximize opportunities by assigning jobs based on urgency, logistics, and technician skills. DSRs maintain communication with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers... appraised as to company schedule and requested reputed company -times. Required Credentials: Two or more years of experience as a dispatcher or scheduling/dispatching experience with a home services industry. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments and to manage multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices.
