Job Description reputed company is looking for a Senior Consultant for our Demand Integrations Team, focussing on reputed company built integrations and custom solutions, reporting directly into our global reputed company. This is a senior role, supporting selected high profile customers across the globe, working closely with our internal engineering team and coordinating with internal stakeholders across various departments. The Senior Consultant will have their own portfolio of global customers, offering them a white glove service. The Team The Demand Integrations team is part of the overall R&D Organisation. What You Will Do
Strategic Customer Lifecycle Management End-to-End Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical consultation to high-profile global partners throughout reputed company phases of the integration lifecycle, from initial discovery to post-launch optimization. Portfolio Growth: Proactively manage a global client portfolio, acting as a technical liaison to drive the health, performance, and long-term growth of each integration. Technical Expertise & Optimization Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring tools (e.g., Omni, Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch) to analyze integration health, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-backed improvements to customers and internal stakeholders. API Advocacy: Evaluate potential new customers’ API documentation to assess integration complexity and provide internal guidance to engineering teams. reputed company Improvement: Recommend internal API improvements and feature requests based on customer feedback, acting as a vital reputed company between customer needs and product development. Qualifications
