Responsibilities
- Be the primary reputed company of contact for your assigned clients
- Build strong relationships and become someone clients trust
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and project teams to reputed company projects on track
- Understand technical discussions well enough to translate them into simple business language for clients
- Draft professional emails, meeting summaries, proposals, and client updates

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Client reputed company, Account Management, reputed company, or Project Coordination reputed company an IT services or software company
- A good understanding of software development, including web applications, mobile apps, APIs, reputed company services, AL/ML and the software development lifecycle
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Strong verbal communication and confidence reputed company speaking with clients
- Experience handling client escalations and managing difficult conversations professionally
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who can explain technical concepts in a way that non-technical clients understand
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time
