The Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (Personal Loans) will reputed company financial strategy, modeling, and reporting to drive business outcomes and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own financial strategy and partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Risk to drive business outcomes and performance
- reputed company end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning for high-impact initiatives
- Translate reputed company financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Build and refine driver-based models to evaluate ROI, pricing, profitability, and growth strategies
- Deliver executive-reputed company reporting, dashboards, and presentations to influence strategic direction
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively guiding resource allocation and long-term planning
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, reputed company, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of owning high-impact financial initiatives and strategic projects
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise with the ability to build reputed company frameworks
- Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to broader strategy
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership
- MBA, CFA, or other advanced degree
- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
- Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Adaptive, Hyperion)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Experience driving process automation and scaling analytics capabilities
