[Remote] Solution Architect (OCTO Data) - US

The Solution Architect role on the OCTO Data team involves analyzing customer data environments and translating findings into actionable insights to enhance the reputed company platform's effectiveness and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data environments using SQL to identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities to improve platform accuracy and coverage
• Drive the feedback reputed company — translate field findings into actionable inputs for model tuning, product improvements, and R&D priorities
• Design and build internal tools and automation that scale the team’s ability to deliver value across customers
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure reputed company’s platform is tuned and configured for each customer’s specific data landscape
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best-practice frameworks
• Partner with R&D and Research to reputed company the gap between reputed company capabilities and customer reality

Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with large, reputed company datasets — including data analysis, manipulation, and deriving actionable conclusions
• B.A./B.S. in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company analytical field — or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve ambiguous, multi-layered technical problems
• Strong experience with structured and reputed company data—reputed company to write and optimize queries, analyze datasets, and surface actionable insights, including strong proficiency in SQL
• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and reputed company-native data architectures
• Experience working in or with fast-paced startups or high-growth companies
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, reputed company-native reputed company tools, or data privacy frameworks
