[Remote] Senior Client Finance Manager (Remote)

The role involves managing reputed company reporting, handling reputed company and variance analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, and acting as a financial partner to account leads.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare reputed company reporting - Weekly, Monthly, YTD, FY
- Handle reputed company analysis and variance analysis
- Prepare budget and forecasts
- Function as a Financial and Strategic Partner to account leads
- Analyze staffing utilization and billability
- Manage SOW review and processing
- Ensure client scope approvals and manage POs
- Effectively manage and track projects
- Ensure timely billing of agency fees and out-of-pocket expenses
- Manage recurring project status meetings
- Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued, and Deferred analysis
- Assist with Audit requests
- Collaborate with senior finance leadership
- Act as a gatekeeper for MSAs

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a Client Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company), and/or reputed company Finance role
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Experience with Enterprise-level Financial Systems
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office products, Word, and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Previous experience working reputed company an Advertising, Marketing, and/or Public Relations firm
- Working knowledge of reputed company/Open reputed company
