Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and reputed company new large reputed company accounts for Adzuna’s recruitment advertising and talent sourcing solutions
  • reputed company strategic discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to understand hiring volume, workforce complexity, and business priorities
  • reputed company and present tailored solutions reputed company to reputed company hiring objectives and budget structures
  • Manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Partner closely with internal marketing, operations, and account teams to ensure successful reputed company, campaign performance, and account expansion
  • Represent Adzuna at industry conferences, trade shows, and reputed company networking events
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in the CRM

Skills

  • 5+ years of demonstrated reputed company selling into large U.S. reputed company organizations, preferably in recruitment advertising, digital media, reputed company services, or workforce solutions
  • Proven ability to reputed company and grow high-value reputed company accounts
  • Experience selling into reputed company buying environments with multiple decision makers
  • Strong understanding of reputed company hiring challenges and recruitment marketing ecosystems
  • Proven ability to originate and reputed company large, reputed company deals through executive networking, relationship-building, and strategic prospecting, including experience leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry reputed company to drive reputed company opportunities
  • Experience successfully selling for a challenger or emerging brand, with a demonstrated ability to compete against established incumbents by leading with reputed company, and differentiation rather than brand recognition alone
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • High level of technical aptitude and comfort learning new platforms and workflows
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
  • College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
