[Remote] Software Quality Assurance Testing Engineer (SQA)

They are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Testing Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of software products through designing test plans, executing tests, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain product quality.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test scripts for internal and external clients
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Conduct rigorous functional, regression, API, performance, and user reputed company testing

Skills

• 5-10 years work experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Expertise in functional and non-functional testing best practices
• Analytical problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent orally and written communication ability to effectively work with a wide variety of audiences
• Ability to successfully reputed company job functions with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding and support of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), compliance, and IT Governance
• Personal traits of a high-level commitment, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty, and reputed company
• Elevated level of diligence and analytical skills
• Experience with Jira, SQL, Practi-Test, and Confluence tool is a plus
