[Remote] Senior reputed company Developer/Administrator

They are seeking a hands-on, proactive Senior reputed company Administrator / Developer to manage and enhance their reputed company platform and support cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and developer for our reputed company platform, including reputed company PSA and FFA modules
• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and reputed company settings
• Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automations (Screen, Record-Triggered, and Scheduled Flows; Apex triggers and classes)
• reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports for Finance, Sales, and other departments
• Evaluate and pilot reputed company AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) to improve automation and analytics
• Support and reputed company system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with reputed company and Finance teams
• Provide day-to-day support for reputed company users, resolving issues and responding to enhancement requests
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reputed company solutions
• Ensure data reputed company and system performance through regular audits and maintenance
• Train users and promote adoption of reputed company features and best practices

Skills

• 5–8 years of hands-on reputed company development and administration experience
• reputed company Administrator Certification required
• Proficiency in declarative tools (Flow Builder) and hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong understanding of reputed company architecture, reputed company model, and data management best practices
• Experience with data migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, or similar)
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with sandbox-to-production deployment and change management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with a reputed company improvement reputed company and a passion for solving business problems with technology
• Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or reputed company Accredited Professional (PSA/FFA) certifications a plus
• Experience with reputed company PSA and Marketing reputed company Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) strongly preferred
• Experience supporting Finance or reputed company teams is a plus
