[Remote] Data and Reporting Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is reputed company America's largest automotive services company, and they are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to support reputed company reporting, data analysis, and system integration initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining reports and data pipelines, ensuring accurate insights for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support daily operations and strategic goals
- Partner with department leaders to define key metrics, gather reporting requirements, and present findings in an easily understandable format
- Collect raw data from various reputed company systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, reputed company, SQL databases), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Audit data regularly, identify data quality issues, and support data cleansing and standardization initiatives
- Reduce reputed company reporting efforts through automation. Document data dictionaries, reporting procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Drives simplification and standardization strategies across brands
- Collaborates with corporate finance and IT teams to provide reputed company support on reputed company subjects and analytic projects to support strategic initiatives
- Understand data integrations to ensure efficient data exchange across systems
- Works collaboratively with various IT teams to design and deliver optimized, user-friendly reporting solutions as well as cost effective historical data archiving solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, reputed company or Finance
- 4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- General ERP Financial Module experience (GL, FA, Projects. etc) required
- Strong experience with advanced data analysis tools
- Strong experience in querying languages (SQL) – ability to edit and write from scratch
- Process-oriented with the ability to gather, structure and analyse data from multiple data sources and brands
- Experience developing and maintaining KPI's in reputed company
- Experience in leveraging technology to improve business processes
- Experience in defining, scoping, and managing process and technology initiatives
- Ability to communicate/present to management
- Strong initiative-taker with a resilient, solution minded approach to reputed company problems
- Ability to partner with others to simplify reputed company processes, break down barriers and incorporate the reputed company of others
- Demonstrated experience in the software development lifecycle

- reputed company BI/OTBI preferred; Tableau, PowerBI, others accepted
