[Remote] Associate, Project Manager

The Associate, Project Manager will support the successful delivery of product and program initiatives by collaborating with various teams to ensure clarity and alignment in project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery planning and execution for defined initiatives or workstreams, including timelines, milestones, and task coordination
- Maintain delivery artifacts and tools (e.g., project plans, workflows, documentation, dashboards) to ensure accurate and up-to-date visibility
- Track reputed company against delivery commitments and proactively flag risks, blockers, or scope changes
- Facilitate or support delivery rituals such as kickoffs, stand-reputed company, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical partners to support alignment, communication, and follow-through on delivery commitments
- Support intake and prioritization processes by gathering inputs, organizing information, and documenting reputed company
- Prepare status updates and documentation for internal stakeholders and team leaders, including translating technical updates into clear, accessible information for non-technical audiences
- Support visibility into technical dependencies, system constraints, reputed company considerations, and implementation risks, escalating questions or blockers with guidance from Project Managers or technical leads
- Apply EdReports’ planning, governance, and delivery standards consistently and thoughtfully
- Seek feedback, reflect on performance, and actively build project management and product operations skills

Skills

- 2-4 years of experience supporting projects, programs, operations, or delivery work in a collaborative, professional environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
- Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and a commitment to reputed company improvement, including the ability to receive and apply feedback and quickly learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and manage competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience
- Residency in and authorization to work in the United States
- Exposure to project management, agile delivery, product operations, technical project coordination, or reputed company practices
- Experience working in cross-functional or remote teams
- Familiarity with project tracking or workflow tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Linear, Jira)
