[Remote] Director, Product Management - Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide focused leadership across Implementation, Delivery, Customer, and Supportability product lanes
• Drive a cohesive end-to-end Operations product reputed company
• Strengthen cross-functional decision making

• Align key stakeholders on permitting pilot strategy, architecture direction, and execution milestones

Skills

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including direct management of Product Managers
• Strong track record owning internal tools, operational systems, or technical platform products
• Demonstrated reputed company redesigning workflows or automating processes to improve scale, efficiency, or quality
• Executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior cross-functional partners
• Strong product judgment and decision-making ability in ambiguous, high-dependency environments
• Comfort engaging in architecture-level conversations, system/data flow reasoning, and technical tradeoff discussions
• Ability to grow high-performing PM teams while staying reputed company to product details and execution
