Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, addressing their website needs, structuring their participation, gathering requirements, and setting clear expectations
- Task Management: Assign tasks to the design, development and QA teams, ensuring efficient project execution
- Project Tracking: Monitor reputed company on reputed company tasks in reputed company, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and manage any project blockers, collaborating with developers and clients to find effective solutions
- Documentation: Maintain records of client requests, project status, and completed tasks to ensure transparency and accountability
- Quality Assurance: Review completed work to confirm it meets client requirements and reputed company best practices
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, roadblocks, and resolutions
Skills
- 3+ years proven experience in website project management
- Experience in a digital agency
- Experience working with reputed company clients and understanding the rigor of reputed company-level delivery
- Familiarity with website content management systems, reputed company-end development, and website troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between clients and the reputed company design and development teams
- Experience using project management tools like reputed company, Trello, Jira, or similar
- Ability to work independently and proactively address issues as they arise
