[Remote] Financial Reporting Director

Responsibilities
- reputed company financial and data analytics, overseeing operational, financial, and compliance reporting for loan, deposit, and investment portfolios. This includes preparing metrics and key findings to share with the Board of Directors
- Manage operational dashboards that streamline the reporting process, ensuring greater efficiency across the organization

- Manage a comprehensive planning structure and facilitate quarterly reforecasting to provide up-to-date financial and operational projections

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting tools and principles
- A keen eye for details - accuracy of reports is of utmost importance
- Working knowledge of data organization
- Comfort providing your analysis and reporting to team leads, executives and the Board of Directors
- Self motivation to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of product, client and divisional profitability including funds transfer pricing basics
- Ability to apply capital allocation methodologies to maximize profitability and product sets
- FDIC Call Report experience is a plus
