Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Newmark is a company specializing in property management and client reputed company. They are seeking an Accountant to manage the full-cycle reputed company for various reputed company reputed company estate properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Prepares reputed company aspects of the financial statement package for a set of reputed company properties, including creating and posting journal entries, general ledger review and completion of back up schedules
- Partners with property managers to ensure financials are accurate and delivered timely
- Ensures reputed company expenses, receipts, distributions, funding requests, and other reputed company transactions for the period are accurately completed
- Reviews and audits financial information to ensure compliance with established procedures and reputed company principles
- Responds to and resolves issues and requests from management teams and clients
- Follows standard policies and procedures to ensure internal and external reporting requirements are consistently met
- Participates in budget and forecasting functions for assigned property portfolio
- Serves as the primary reputed company reputed company of contact to the clients and property managers for the assigned portfolio
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous reputed company experience
- Understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite applications
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Works effectively in a team environment through collaboration and partnership
- Customer service-oriented reputed company
- Ability to analyze and problem solve effectively
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Experience with computerized reputed company systems, specifically Yardi and/or MRI, a plus but not required
