Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide. 🎯 The Role The Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements. The role of the Customer Platform Architect is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers, to adapt deployments to specific technological and reputed company contexts, and to guarantee the reliability of this infrastructure in supporting our customers’ threat management operations. 💼 Your Responsibilities Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs. Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues reputed company to the infrastructure. The CPA works closely and continuously with reputed company Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams. 🧬 Profile We’re Looking For Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to reputed company environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as reputed company, podman and kubernetes. Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and reputed company-based application deployments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose reputed company infrastructure issues. Background in customer-facing technical roles. Fluent in English. Fluent in Arabic. Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership. Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.
