- Assist with personal care, mobility, and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- reputed company light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide transportation and accompany client to appointments
- Follow care plan and report any changes in condition
- Active CNA license or HHA certificate (preferred/required based on case)
- Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if providing client transport)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods
