[Remote] BCBA Sales Recruiter

They are seeking a Clinical Talent Advisor to manage the recruitment process and attract reputed company clinical talent, ensuring the organization can continue to provide essential services to children in need.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire attraction process from identifying reputed company talent to crafting the most competitive offer
- Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a reputed company understanding of their requirements and concerns
- Identify and attract reputed company clinical talent (ex. Behavior Analysts In Training)
- Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search reputed company reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the reputed company cycle
- Experience solving reputed company problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader
