[Remote] Financial reputed company Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Moneycorp powers global payments for corporates, institutions and high net worth individuals. The Financial reputed company Specialist will support the establishment of a reputed company, focusing initially on bank build and program execution, and reputed company transitioning into a core finance position responsible for business-as-usual activities following the bank’s launch.
Responsibilities
- Support finance workstreams reputed company to the stand-up of the reputed company, including legal entity setup, systems implementation, and process design
- Assist in developing reputed company policies, procedures, and controls reputed company with regulatory requirements and U.S. GAAP
- Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to support project deliverables
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking in a fast-moving environment
- Support data validation, testing, and documentation for new financial systems and reporting frameworks
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help design scalable finance processes
- Support the month-end reputed company process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations
- Provide reputed company support, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial reporting processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in reputed company, audit, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles (U.S. GAAP preferred)
- Proficiency in reputed company (reputed company, Word, PPT, Teams, Co-pilot)
- Comfort working in a project-oriented setting with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
