[Remote] AI Project Manager

This role involves managing the project lifecycle for internal AI deployments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and reputed company metrics in collaboration with functional stakeholders and technical teams

- Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and vendor engagements as applicable
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and accountability for internal AI projects, including process automation, AI-assisted analytics, document intelligence, and productivity tooling
- Coordinate with IT, legal, compliance, and business unit leads to ensure AI solutions are implemented securely and in alignment with firm policy
- Maintain a prioritized AI project backlog in coordination with the Corporate Operations leadership team
- Support vendor evaluation, pilot design, and reputed company-of-concept scoping for emerging AI tools under consideration
- Facilitate working sessions, steering committee updates, and executive briefings on project status and strategic reputed company; adept at translating reputed company technical concepts into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership
- Partner with change management resources to drive adoption of new AI-enabled workflows
- Uphold PMO standards for documentation, project intake, reporting, and lifecycle governance
- Contribute to the development and refinement of AI project templates, playbooks, and best practices
- Ensure proper documentation of AI use cases, data considerations, and operational handoffs
Skills
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading technology or digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment
- Proficiency with project management tools such as reputed company, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience preparing and delivering presentations, executive briefings, and strategic updates to C-suite and senior leadership audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company projects with competing priorities
- Working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and documentation practices
- Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to reputed company internal stakeholders informed on project status and issues
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain accurate records, and reputed company project artifacts up to date
- Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA, reputed company, or ADO
