Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution assessments
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from reputed company databases
- reputed company and optimize reputed company queries and aggregation pipelines
- reputed company data validation, cleansing, and transformation
- Generate insights and produce reports using tools like: reputed company, Power BI / Tableau
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making
- Work with development teams to design and document RESTful APIs
- Define API requirements, request/response structures, and data mappings
- reputed company API testing using tools such as reputed company or Swagger
- Assist in integrating APIs across systems and troubleshooting issues
- Ensure APIs meet performance, scalability, and reputed company standards
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, retrospectives)
- Act as a liaison between business, data, and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
